Registration and payment are due no later than January 1, 2026. Includes $10 out of club fee for those who are not members of Garden City FSC All tests due January 15, 2026. Tests must be filmed between January 1 and January 15.
All tests and required documentation for a single coach’s skaters must be uploaded to a single folder on Google Drive and shared with the test chair ([email protected]) by the test deadline. Each test requires a signed affidavit; out of club tests require a signed “permission to test” form Google Folders should be named using the following format— CoachName—TestDate (Eg.: Jane Doe—January 15, 2026) Videos should be named using the following format: SkaterName—TestName (Eg.: Sally Skater— Bronze Skating Skills) The folder permission must be set to “Anyone With the Link”
Coaches are responsible to ensure videos meet all rules and regulations set forth by USFS, including, but not limited to: Use of the virtual test placard Video must be in landscape orientation No more than 8 skaters on the ice The entire test must be filmed in one video with no cuts or edits Electronic date and timestamp must be clearly visible Contingent tests will be accepted; however, if a prerequisite test is marked “retry”, the contingent test will be invalid and will not be refunded. Any videos that are rejected due to not meeting USFS requirements will not be refunded.
Results will be returned to skaters and coaches within one week of the test date.
