- Registration and payment due no later than September 18, 2026.
- Includes $10 out of club fee for those who are not members of Garden City FSC
- Includes $10 out of club fee for those who are not members of Garden City FSC
- All tests and forms are due October 2, 2026, by 7 pm.
- Tests must be filmed between September 18, 2026, and October 2, 2026.
- All videos and forms will be uploaded to EntryEeze.
- Coaches are responsible to ensure videos meet all rules and regulations set forth by USFS, including, but not limited to:
- Use of the virtual test placard
- Video must be in landscape orientation
- No more than 8 skaters on the ice
- The entire test must be filmed in one video with no cuts or edits
- Electronic date and timestamp must be clearly visible
- Use of the virtual test placard
- Contingent tests will be accepted; however, if a prerequisite test is marked “retry”, the contingent test will be invalid and will not be refunded.
- Any videos that are rejected due to not meeting USFS requirements will not be refunded
- Results will be returned to skaters and coaches within one week of the test date
